We find what’s leaking, then recommend the cheapest thing that stops it.

Four weeks. Fixed fee. It stands on its own, there is no obligation to do anything afterwards, and no discount that depends on you doing so.

We work upward from the cheapest thing that could close the gap. Every option we rule out gets named in writing, with the reason.

Nothing to buy. Tariff structure, notified maximum demand, billing errors, scheduling plant around expensive hours, run-hour discipline. This tier costs nothing and it is regularly the largest single item.

Settings, not hardware. Control logic, cutoff enforcement, sequencing, commissioning what was wired but never configured. Around 80% of underperforming installations are a settings problem, not an equipment problem, and almost nobody checks before quoting equipment.

Targeted equipment. Variable speed drives on loads currently throttled by a valve or damper, power factor correction, load priority logic, metering. Specific machines, specific returns.

System-level. Right-sizing plant that is oversized for its actual duty, partial storage sized for one job rather than the whole site, redesigning a maintenance regime.

Full architecture. Hybrid inverter and storage, generation, replacement. Powerful where it fits, and genuinely warranted less often than you’d think.

We do not start at the bottom of that list. If a brief recommends the expensive tier without showing you the cheap ones being tested first, the work hasn’t been done.

A fix that needs no capital request gets done next month. A better fix that needs a board paper may never happen at all.

So we ask what you can approve without a formal request, and we shape the recommendation around it. Where something larger is genuinely the right answer, we phase it: the early stages fund the later ones, and by the time you’re asking for real money you’re asking with your own measured evidence rather than someone else’s case study.

Specification only. We diagnose, design and specify. Your own contractors implement and quote competitively against our specification, and we review their work against it. We don’t manage them and we don’t carry the risk on their work.

Managed execution. Where you have no capable local partner, or a deadline that needs single-point accountability, we handle sourcing, oversight, commissioning and handover. Priced separately with its own terms, because taking schedule and performance risk is a different job from specifying the work.

Which one applies is stated in every proposal. Under both, we take no commission, margin, rebate or referral fee on anything that gets installed.
