What we do with your information.

Short, specific, and written to be held to.

Operational data is sensitive. Cost baselines, failure history, where the single points of failure are, that’s a map of where an operation is vulnerable. We treat it accordingly.

Your data stays inside your engagement

What you send us is used for your diagnostic and your brief. Nothing else. It is not used to benchmark another client, calibrate our estimates, train anything, or populate a case study.

We never name clients

No client of ours appears by name in any published material: no website copy, no case study, no proposal, no outreach. The examples on this site describe real engagements with the operator’s identity removed structurally, not cosmetically: enough detail is stripped that the combination of sector, size, location and system detail cannot identify them.

If we ever want to describe your engagement, we ask you first.

One client’s information never appears in another’s work

No cross-client figures, benchmarks or examples without written permission from the client it belongs to. Your numbers do not become someone else’s comparison.

Your data does not leave our workflow

Intake responses, site data, cost baselines and diagnostic outputs go to your engagement and nowhere else. They are not uploaded to third-party platforms, marketing tools, CRMs or search services. Where we use software to help with analysis, your material is not retained or used to improve those systems.

We collect as little as we can

Only what the diagnostic actually needs. We don’t want your staff names, personal contact details or anything identifying individuals, and we don’t put them in briefs or case material.

We don’t keep it indefinitely

Working files are held for the engagement plus whatever record period we’ve agreed, then removed. Nothing is retained on the basis that it might be useful for marketing later.

Prospecting data flows one way

Where we use commercial data sources to identify who to approach, information comes in. Client information never goes out to them.

Why this is on the website

Because a commitment nobody has published is easy to quietly stop honouring. Ours is written down so the stated practice and the actual practice can’t drift apart without somebody noticing.

If you want any of this reflected in a contract, ask, we’ll put it in writing.
